Privacy

Deep Feelings Labs may receive information you provide through our website, forms, and digital services, including your name, email address, contact details, message content, and service enquiries. A WhatsApp or Meta-connected service may receive the phone number, messages, message identifiers, timestamps, and delivery information made available by Meta for that conversation.

We use this information to provide or respond to a requested service, maintain conversation context, secure and troubleshoot our systems, prevent abuse, and improve our digital products.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, service operation, security, dispute handling, or applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by companies and services that support hosting, communications, storage, security, or the requested WhatsApp/Meta feature; those services have their own terms and privacy notices.

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with your interaction. Use the DFL Contact page and write “Privacy request” in your message: https://www.deepfeelingslabs.com/contact

Google API Services — DFL Website Manager

DFL Website Manager is an internal Deep Feelings Labs tool that sends email on behalf of Deep Feelings Labs (for example, a single authorized notification or reply). It is not a public product and it does not act on behalf of website visitors.

The tool connects to one Google account, deepfeelingslabs@gmail.com, using Google’s Gmail API. It requests exactly one scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. This scope allows sending email through that account only. It does not allow reading, searching, downloading, or otherwise analyzing the inbox, and Deep Feelings Labs does not use this access for that purpose. The tool does not request or use access to Google Contacts, Google Drive, or any other Google service or scope.

Authorization is granted through Google’s own OAuth2 consent flow. The resulting credentials (an OAuth client secret and a refresh token) are stored outside any public repository, on infrastructure Deep Feelings Labs controls directly, are never logged or displayed, and are used only to obtain short-lived access tokens at the moment an authorized email is sent.

We do not sell personal information obtained through this integration. Information is not shared with third parties, except technical service providers strictly necessary to operate this service (for example, hosting or infrastructure providers), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service to us.

You can review or revoke this authorization at any time from your own Google Account settings (Security → Third-party apps with account access), independent of Deep Feelings Labs.
