Data deletion

You can ask Deep Feelings Labs to delete personal information associated with your website enquiry or DFL digital service interaction.

How to request deletion

Open the DFL Contact page: https://www.deepfeelingslabs.com/contact

Write “Data deletion request” in the message.

Include the email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, or other detail that identifies the relevant interaction. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Submit the request using a contact method that lets us reasonably confirm the request is yours.

What happens next

We will review the request, identify the relevant records, and delete or de-identify information we no longer need, subject to security, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, or operational records that we are required or reasonably entitled to retain. Deletion from a DFL service does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, or another company; you may need to use that company’s own deletion controls as well.

If we need clarification to locate the information, we will use the contact details provided with the request. We do not promise a fixed regulatory response period on this page; we will handle requests as promptly as reasonably possible.
